Rally for Energy Independence exhibitor information

If you would like to be an exhibitor for the June 11 Rally for Energy Independence, call Paul at (401) 447-1560 to reserve your exhibit space.
The Rally for Energy Independence is scheduled for the Town Commons in the Town of Burrillville, next to the Gazebo and Post Office at the intersection of Harrisville Main Street and East Avenue (Route 107) in Harrisville, RI.
 
The Rally is scheduled for June 11, 2016 from 10am to 2pm. 
 
There is NO FEE for participating in the Rally event as an exhibitor.
But a donation to the Burrillville Land Trust, the sponsoring organization, would be nice  🙂  but not required.
Set up time starts at 8:30am. Please be ready no later than by 9:45am
 
You can park close to the drop off site. There will be volunteers who will help you move in. 
Once you are unloaded, please park in the back parking area to the left of the AT Levy School. 
Someone will be there to direct you to the parking area.
 
The theme is Energy Independence. 
 
You and others will be on hand to talk to attendees about topics that range from energy, the lessening need for fossil fuel power plants, the environment, environmental news, rivers and streams, birds, mental health and more in a “trade show” table/booth style of layout.
 
You are responsible for bringing your own chairs, banner, booth or whatever you need.
We have a limited number of tables that will be available just let me know if you need one.
Electricity is not provided.
 
There is a speakers program that will be held during the Rally. A scheduled list of speakers is still being created. 
If you would like to be a speaker, please let me know. 
Time slots are 15 minutes in length and should include questions and answers.
 
Live music will be provided. 
The Burrillville Land Trust, Keep Rhode Island Beautiful and the Rhode Island Association of Conservation Commissions will send out a press kit soon announcing the event. 
 
An ad will be placed in local media and posted on social media sites.
